Resolves that, paragraph thirteen of the Internal Regulations of the Alliance that relates to the successive order of the Zones to occupy the General Directorate, is clear, and therefore, it is not called upon to be interpreted and must be complied with by the Officials and Members. of the Tables linked to the Alliance.
